[nklr] help, stoppies?
To all crazy riders,
I was wondering if it is possible to do a stoppie on
a klr. I have a S.S. front brake line and progressive
springs up front. Do I need galfer green pads and a
M.A.P. Rotor also? How do you go about teaching your
self to do one of these? I figure slam on the front
brake and shift your weight forward quickly?
The 'mission imposible' movie is coming out in a few
weeks and I have been getting a lot of pressure from
friends!!
Thanks for your help,
Ken

klr radiator replacement
I was hitting the trails yesterday and was having a great time
until...I went down. Easy crash- just a bruised knee. However, upon
inspection I found a branch had punched through the radiator and
twisted it up pretty good. I disassembled everything and straighted
out the fan housing so that it could run. The radiator didn't leak
and got me the 35 miles home, but its not in good shape. So, I need a
new one. Anyone have a line on a replacement radiator? Estimate of
the cost of one?
Any help is appreciated.
