[dsn_klr650] right to ride national forests

Hey guys, umm, politics is, well, not exactly why we're all here. there's this other list at egroups (usa_mc_politics) that has a pretty decent cross-membership between this list and a couple of others which was designed for the express purpose of hashing out the issues. Just a thought. You could search the archives to see how nasty it's gotten here in the past... ---o&>o--- Sarah Barwig sarah@...

How's the ankle healing, Sarah? BTW I don't buy the version you and those Hotel California guys concocted; I know you threw it out kicking your boy friend. oil additive worms: nklr

So I get some Castrol GT 10-30, and I am thinking the SJ stuff is low on zinc, an anti-wear additive. I buy some STP oil treatment containing olefin copolymer and zinc diaklydithiophosphate. I assume the copolymers are added to increase viscosity, Will the zinc improve the engine wear? Am I off on a tangent? Whadda you guys think about adding this to the S-J oil? John opening a can of oil additive worms. A-7 16K ******************* John- STP used to offer "newer car" additive that contained the zinc and phosphorous you want to make your SJ into SG or such. S'far as I can tell they discontinued it. Pressure from the federal oil police I suspect. The stuff seems to destroy catalytic converters. Darrel A12
