Don't just order a new bolt. Be sure to order a new bearing sleeve as well. I used a Sawz-All with a Titanium Carbide blade to cut my swing arm shaft out. But I would be very careful on the linkage knuckle bolts. With the swing arm shaft there are two sleeves that go into the engine case that can be easily replaced. There is nothing to consume on the linkage knuckle that won't cost a bundle to replace. Is it stuck on the swing arm hole, the frame hole or the linkage arm hole? I'm gonna guess on the frame hole. You could try spreading the lower part of the frame with a couple of strong guys and a 2X4, that way you'll have access to the bolt for a cutting tool without cutting the frame or the swing arm. If on the swing arm hole then you may have to sacrafice a linkage arm, then it is just a matter of pulling the bearing sleeve and bolt out as one peice and replace them both later, along with one linkage arm. You could just keep hammering away at it but there is like 2" at ~5/8" bolt surface that is rusted together. I was using an 8# sledge with no results, until I got pissed and cut it off. Power washers really get 'em clean but water will work its way into the sleeves and bunk things up. Riding through streams, mud and really deep lakes doesn't have the same effect though eventually it may. I'd rather be riding than doing PM on my bike too but a little TLC will keep her happy longer.
