Monty, the "Known Issues" section of the FAQ (see link at the bottom of this message) tells you about the issue and who to buy upgraded parts and the necessary tools from. -- Blake Sobiloff http://sobiloff.typepad.com/> San Jose, CA (USA)

You can get them through Fred or through HT. They are both the same price. -Andy -----Original Message----- From: DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com [mailto:DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of ibkmonty Sent: Tuesday, March 14, 2006 8:39 AM To: DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com Subject: [DSN_KLR650] doohickey? All right! A plastics debate in the KLR group! 3 different backgrounds, too. It's only fair that we get to talk "shop" once in a while - especially since I am answering from the office. "The quality of a molded part is 80% tool related and 20% process related" And, I'm not ashamed to say that even though my background is on the processing side. Mike ... in the plastics business longer than Kawasaki has been making KLRs. Streetfighter wrote:
