Built 31st Jan 1947 and sold in Sydney in May that year. It came down to
Melbourne in 1955, and registered as GKY 147. I still am in contact with
some of the early owners, as I have known this car since a kid in 1959. My
best friend from schools` brother bought then and I finally got it in 1966
and have loved it ever since. It was one of the 1st M.G.s in the Victorian M
.G. car club. Its still in great nick and we have just had with 9 other T
types inc a T.A. a very successful trip to Tasmania, which is like being in
the U.K. Very Nice!!
