Rexine is a trade name for faux leather vinyl covered cotton fabric widely used by bookbinders under various proprietary names. See http://www.gracesguide.co.uk/Rexine, In UK see https://www.boyriven.co.uk/Boyriven_Automotive_Fabric_Supplier.html, ([i]Everflex[/i] seems to be currant Rexine equiv.). In USA see http://longs-roullet.com/index.htm, They offer Rexine mol equivalent ([i]Buckram)[/i] a vinyl coated fabric, or real leather substitute.

Appears to be close in texture to my factory original rexine on TC9866. At 41.7" wide it is wide enough to do a TC dash.
