Malcolm, the only one that I know of is Lancaster Vintage & Classic Spares, up in Morecombe. There phone number is 01524-423453... Is it a standard 3 spoke TA wheel that you want restoring, or is it a Brooklands wheel. If the latter, it will be cheaper to buy another wheel from John Kimble in Dartmouth. You can also buy un polished reject Brookland wheels quite cheaply ( 35) from a guy in Birmingham. I have is number somewhere if you want it..
