(nklr) insurance ??
My Agent said that, AAA Is the only one that does this.
If I am driving my truck or just sitting in it, OR washing, working on it etc. and get a bad cut, or even a heart attack, while sitting in the truck in my drive. It IS Vehicle related and the Truck insurance WILL COVER THE MED BILLS.
Anyone else ever hear such a thing??
I've been with AAA since 83, and this agent 17-19yrs.

I would assume that would be a regular health insurance kind of thing.
When I burned the skin off my palm putting out a carpet fire in my car,
regular health insurance covered it.
I could see if you were driving it and had an accident, but if the
vehicle is stationary and not going anywhere, I'd be surprised if many
companies cover it.
My buddy was driving his 300ZX and had a panic attack, had to go to the
ER, and that was covered by his regular health insurance. I don't see
how something like that would be the vehicles fault, and therefore the
auto insurance companies liability.
