Mike They mount the same as the A models. The only difference is the extra mounts for the fairing and bellypan. my KLR now has 31000 miles on her and im thinkin its time for some work. are the mechs at KLR dealers any good? what should i have done/checked? valves? other? im too lazy/ignorant to do it myself.

Where are you located? In my personal opinion. I wouldn't trust a dealer mechanic unless I could observe his work and be able to discuss his efforts with him. In today's "modern" shops, that ain't happenin'! Outside of that, I wouldn't trust a "stealership" as far as I could throw one.
