I know this problem has come up before - anyway, I just installed the
 new bulbs in my rear blinkers and now they just go on and stay on - no
 blinking.  WTF??  Easy solution PLEASE!?!?!?

If the new bulbs are less watts it might be enough to not load the flasher enough to make it flash. Just a guess as I walk out the door for the rest of the night.  The stock KLR muffler heat shield seems to transfer
 heat very well. Try laying a few on top of the
 stainless grill, and then set the steaks on top of
 them. If that doesn't work, start barbecue-ing as God
 intended and switch to charcoal;-)
