Hi there....For your information............Headlight Modulators are legal in Canada as well...I have instaled a switch so that when I am directly behind someone I can shut them off as I don't want to give that driver the idea that I am an Emergency Vehicle and trying to pass him or pull him over. Federal law _requires_ all states to allow headlight modulators on motorcycles. Thor [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

Which is going to get your attention soonest? Which would you be less likely to left hand turn in front of because "you didn't see the motor cycle"? No one ever says I didn't hear the motorcycle. Real situation except I was on a bike and the headlight modulator caught my eye probably close to five miles out near the very large array antennas in New Mexico.

Do you think it makes you safer if the noise makes the car driver want to run into you?

Ed you are very lucky. It is not uncommon on Texas county for riders to be run off the road for simply riding the wrong "type" of motorcycle or even riding a motorcycle. Believe it or not some people do not like motorcycles or riders. Let alone pissing a not quite right car or truck driver off with noise or poor riding practices. jf [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

I'm very offended by your comment regarding "2 feet". Next time you decide to make a similar comment please be so kind as to include the metric equivalent. There, that told you! (Running for cover....) Norm (chuckle) [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
