not nearlya . You said your KLR has 30 hp, as I recall, when the
fact is the literature all shows 36 to 37 at the rear wheel. You
quote 52 for the KTM, a crankcase rating--not even comparable to the
KLRs rear wheel number. And you just throw out the assertion that
your XR650L is faster than a KLR 650 despite the KLR having 20 %
more horsepower and and significantly more torque across the band.
And lower gearing too as I recall.
Dubious, highly dubious. I provide documented links to
