Yeah, this looks like the typical foreign national rip off king/queen looking at his/her english->whatever dictionary and making it sound really goofy and in some way or another working an overseas->local financial scam with someones stolen checkbook or credit card cash advance check...oops sorry I mean cheque. Since the very first 'internet' worm/virus (it was both) was released in like 1987 I have to ask the dumb question, starting from that point in time when DARPA net was released to the public domain as the internet when was the internet ever free of hucksters? The really scary part here is that it is fully targeted. That is assuming that you do have that bike. But even if you don't it is pretty well targeted toward you as a motorcycle person.
