Yup, yup, yup, All internal combustion engines suffer from some % of "blowby". Some of the fuel/air mixture and lubricating oil from around the outside of the piston gets blown past the rings and the fuel/air vapor ends up in the crankcase (why we need a vent) and the oil goes out the exhaust. The faster the rpms the higher the % of "blowby". That's why I check the oil level at every fuel stop. Just my .02 worth, Marshall in Slidell, La 95 KLXC3 "Blackhorse" (in honor of those who served)
