Hi Ed, I am having a great deal of trouble containing my ribald self as well. I have been smeared with visuals of MotoMama (I picture her as being about 6', 205, with some 80 inch stroker jugs on her "other bike" the shovelhead), only to be let down from my fantasy by that Rat Bastard Gino, filling out one of his latent cross-dressing transsexual fantasies at our expense. Now I am wondering is Jennifer really the tall, sweet, and demure but skilled biker doll or is it just another hairy-bellied disgusting male human wreaking his revenge on us poor slaves to the 'net. Gonna go have a drink At least I got to ride a ST4 around a parking lot (no helmet, no gear at all) for a while ... it was fun and kept me fron the heartbreak of MotoMama's "outing" and the flies in my stomach worrying about li'l Jennifer.

Just a question guys - I am sure most of you are very nice, but this sucks -it isn't so funny for me. If I wasn't a woman would you be asking all these questions? The fact is that I wasn't kidding about my klr saddle problem, don't tell me none of you haven't slid off a bike? Did you think my questions about riding sand or other bike questions were sexual too? Also, have all the rest of you posted a photo of yourselves ? Why just me? I already said i didn't have a scanner - if you want to go to the Penneys website go ahead and check the blonde in the robes and suits section. Figure it out for yourselves. I suppose THAT won't be enough for some of you, but if you need more proof just let me know what I have to do to get your approval. Give me a break!! Does it mean anything to you why you don't see more women in this place? Anyway, i had to blow off some steam, this happens sometimes. I might hook up with Sarah this weekend or next for a ride (hey Sarah, did you get the fuse replaced yet?) I have to ask her if she got this kind of treatment. Please except my sincere apology if I have offended you, or anyone else, with my previous post. The intention was not to offend, just amuse. I think you'll find that regardless of gender, certain folks on the list will take a stab at injecting some off color humor into discussions from time to time. Often its juvenile. I find the threads amusing, but I can understand how others do not. Ed ps: feel free to jump all over me, I don't mind humor at my expense. :^) I do remember a thread not to long ago that gave me a pretty good hammering, something about Gino, the KKK, people unsubbing, not having a sense of humor...etc, etc.

impart? Try putting the bike in 2nd & 3rd gear, and rolling backwards against compression. This way when you try to bump start it, the piston has most of the stroke to spin, and is less likely to skid. On bikes like an xt600 there was a little window you could look at to position the piston in the correct position before kicking. Chris

Good post Jen, thanks! Alter mode on: In many cases riders fuel their bikes with gas and their bikes fuel their riders with testosterone. On or off the bike these people can be social sand paper. But sand paper has its place in our world, which is what makes us different. You have been targeted because you stand out, your very easy to look at (insert compliment here) and you enjoy the freedom a dual sport bike offers, not a common mix. The guys heckling you are truly good at heart; I'm sure, but not fully understanding your point of view.
