[Dash Weeks]

Just a quick note as I'm heading out the door.... Da'Bomb is 99% complete and fully road worthy. Daryl and I got lost in the mountains yesterday. Found a few bugs and I am working them out. Found a high speed wobble, archives didn't have a definitive cure so I'm trying one thing at a time. Battery is weak from months of abuse and will probably need a new one soon. (had to bump start it many times on the trails yesterday, that sucked). We rode for about 5 hours covered 51 miles of pretty bad terrain... We went up into the mountains that were burned... SSSHHH! that's still illegal around here. Wish I had a cameral.... Made a mess of my pretty new bike, tore off the right side shroud twisted the top clamp, many new scars all over.... Great day I'll write a better report when the weather isn't so nice and my itchin to get into the mountains goes away.... OK OK I'll write one sooner.... This ain't no sissy bike that's for sure, it rocks.... yet I did boil over in one of the arroyos.... Deep soft sand was not my friend at 95 degrees. LaterZ Dash
