Married people only?  Huh?  How do people get so up-f**kin-tight?  I guess I for sure, don't want to go there.  Good thing it's far far away.

It must be the trans am trail your talking about. I go to TWO alot, and I have no anchors to drag around. Most folks seem to go there to get away from their S.O. if they are married. We are always lookin for more single women up there though... Knot's trying to untangle himself but he can't hide from the truth. Bill, this is a couple switching rally. What would you have to offer? Even numbers only. Be relieved to know, Knot and company are not phobes, you don't have to hit the brush with some guy's wife; you can exit with him. Bogdan

chain adjuster plate? do other models fit klr?

(on the back of the swingarm) ran away on my first commute to work, along with the two nuts and 1 washer that hold it on. anyone else lose one of these and discover that some other model also fit? i'm heading up to cyclesalvage this afternoon to see if i can rig something up without ordering the part new. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mark, I lost one of the backer plates shortly after buying my used KLR. My solution to preventing this was to substitute a nyloc locking nut for the 2nd (rearmost) nut on each chain adjuster bolt. I believe that the thread pitch is 8mm X 1.25. Be sure to use two wrenches to tighten both chain adjuster nuts together, after completing chain adjustment. Professor A9 Federal Way, Wa. [USA]
