fuel, less efficient, therefore, less power produced, higher consumption. Period. This is easily verified. When they started using this in California the gas companies said that you would get 2-3% lower milage. In actually it is more like 10-12%. I mentally check my mileage at each fillup to watch for possible problems. When riding where conventional fuel is still used, I always note a increase in fuel mileage by around 10%. Gary Bettes
