If I`d had them while at Moab, I wouldn`t have bashed in my radiator, spent 45 minutes trailside holding Gino,Fred and others up, while taking my bike apart to make it rideable, and putting me in a generally ticked off mood for the next hour. Fortunately it didn`t leak. With Tim`s guards, all that would have happened was some cracked plastic. Skip (still riding it)> pissed off. The quality is excellent.
