i was involved in some discussion about this incident. i think a little education at the start of the ride would help alot. the problem was that there were some very inexperienced dirt riders and also some very experienced and skilled riders. i think extra care must be taken when passing newbies (like me) to avoid startling the hell out of us and risking us doing stupid things. -mark weaver
