Guys, why not just use the end of the stand pipe that you cut off. I couldn't
find a good in-tank screen either, but when I did Skip's mod I saw that the
stand pipe already had a screen on it. I just stuck the part I cut off on the
far end of the hose and weighted it by wrapping it with a length of coreless
solder I had left over from my stained glass hobby days. No left over parts,
got rid of some junk solder, and the extra lead couldn't hurt the gas.
