RE: shifter positions my 2 cents
I have found the aftermarket IMS shifter a little too
high too when comparing the position to a sports bike.
Off road however, keeping your toes pointing upwards
may help to prevent you ripping them off on a stump.
The gear change position feels pretty good when stood
up on the pegs but I prefer the the position of the
standard shifter (if only it was stronger!)
