givi luggage opinions?

Anyone have positive or negative experience with the givi saddlebags or tail bags? I am looking for a solution to my luggage issue (sick of wearing the backpack) and it would be nice to have something lockable since I commute into town a lot. The givi's seem to be the only real lockable solution that can't be easily cut open... Also, any suggestions on a where to pick up a set cheap? Thanks! Brian Errett Y2KLR in New MExico
