Front seal leak

Has anyone out there figured out a way to make a TC front main bearing
seal leak more oil but at a controlled rate, or perhaps even a
controllable rate so that I would no longer have to spray/brush used old
engine oil on the underside of my TC to protect against winter snow and
salt? Does Moss supply a kit for this purpose? Any help or ideas would
be very much appreciated. Thank you.
