Roger If you have a bunch of body number, if you want, send them to me and let me work on them. Have mentioned before that the help I need, is to talk to someone where the bodies were assembled. I am all most positive that the first two number are the week, the next number is the day, and with out further information the next two number I am lost on. I would tend to believe that it is the line number, or the group number, or the hour, or something about the plant. I have never found anything that repeats. I am certain that it is a code date, however I do not know what the original date it is based on. Also knowing something about plant shut downs, and vacation, strikes, hours per week, days per week etc would help. I am certain it has nothing to do with the color, and it is not a serial number. I do not think you will ever find one that follow in order with the previous one. You can not divide them by a certain figure If we had the starting date, and had all the shut down dates, I think we would have the date the body was made, just like the dates the cars were made Regards Dean
