OK - mystery of the brass plate solved

mine:
this body plate goes on the passenger side inner side rail- the vertical
piece of wood ahead of the passenger door, about midway down. It was
fastened with brass nails. If you look, Ill bet you find the nail holes. I
think all of the plates for the TC are the same, ie the same body
type/number, so I dont THINK they were unique to serial numbers.
