Tool Trays-TA/B

G'Day, Terry
Eventually, vintage folks get their act together!
If I recall, it was Jim Alcorn, the fellow with the superb VA Tickford
who got the rubber tool trays from Harvey Schnaer that he used to
make the molds. That is where I got mine, but that was late in the
last century. I believe that Jim has made more, but also, believe that
he sold the remainder to Barry Walker? Perhaps a call can confirm?
There was a thread on tabc where Roger Furneaux said on 30 August '04
that Ian Poole in the UK has also made the trays @ 85 pounds, but sold
the last of the lot to Barry Walker? Ian can be reached at: 01580 764 422
or poo@burren.fsbusiness.co.uk Maybe this is a source?
Hope this helps!
Had a great week with Gary Wall from NZ. The good doctor was most
kind and by ear and eye determined what shortcomings and problems
the TD, TC and TB were experiencing. Not only one fine and good fun
gentleman, but he is one knowledgeable fellow and sure keen on the M.G.,
of course, the SVW cars and the TA's.
Good luck, Mate!
