I wrote to Stan and got a reply. Here is the pertinant part:
The article was printed in the July issue of hemispheres, the United
Airlines magazine. I've been writing articles for them for some
time. I'm a member of the TC Motoring Guild and I was able to
secure permission from Hemispheres for them to reprint. It should
appear shortly in their newsletter - the "Classic Chassis", which is
posted on line on their website.
