A quick , easy, and effective solution to brake bleeding is to install Speed Bleeders. This ingenious product installs permanently on each wheel cylinder, replacing the old bleeder. It's a one way valve that allows you to do the job without the assistance of another person. The web site is www.speedbleeder.com. I prefer to use a pressure bleeder, since the pedal pumping method can sometimes ruin a master cylinder. Pushing the pedal to the floor moves the master cylinder piston beyond it's normal range and could destroy the seals if the cylinder walls have crud or corrosion. I killed a perfectly good master cylinder on a old Mercedes by doing it this way. This shouldn't be an issue on a new or re-sleeved Master cylinder. JP TC2797

The Ezibleed unit offered by Moss which uses pressure from a tire works extremely well and you can do it by yourself and very quickly. Check with Google for places that sell it at a discount, or when Moss has a sale. Around $30.
