I'm baaaaaack! Ok gang, The more I do, the worse it gets. I'm now, reluctantly, in the body tub disassembly stage and I'm having trouble getting the rear quarter panel sheet metal to come off. I think I have all of the nails removed or I have broken their heads off attempting to remove them.. ( Perhaps I don't want to see the wood underneath :) ?) Any experience, procedures or ideas? Thanks, Tom TC2850, disassembled [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

In that my quarter panels were about 1/2 bondo they came off with some ease, but when I needed to remove the new ones that I made after trial fitting, they required a little gentle persuasion. You may have to slightly lift the turned over portion to get them over the remainder of the nails that are broken off. Also once installed over the wood they are a pretty snug fit nails or not. Likely they will not just pop off, you will need to gently 'work' around the edge, between the wood and sheet metal, particularly the wheel arch side to free them. cheers, S. Stierman TC 2911
