Thanks Gordon, Ian and Paul for your comments, I won`t be driving with one eye on the gauge quite so much and just because I can put me hands on one, I`ll try your digi thermometer trick Gordon - I was running maybe 2/4 degrees btdc before but if I took it anywhere near 10 it ran like a sick pig...I think now it`s around 6 so thanks for that Ian.........and Paul, where are you exactly in Hertfordshire..?
