Generator Rebuild!

Greetings all! The TC is in need of a generator rebuild......... Does anyone offer them exchange, or better to re-do yours? Can anybody point me to a source? Thanks in advance! Dave Southern Calafornia, USA.

Hi Dave. What's wrong with it? Mostly all they need is new brushes, bearings and the commutator cleaning. These are fairly simple procedures which anyone can do. If any of the windings are faulty then it's time for the experts. Ian Thomson. ------- --- Dave A davea@symbolicdisplays.com> wrote:

Call Jerry Felper at British Auto Electric at 2722 Carnival Ave Anaheim CA, Tel # (714) 279 8082. They have rebuilt my generator and were very quick and their price was reasonable. I think you will ber very satisfied. Mel [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

digitaldon has also heard that Jerry is the source of the 90 amp alternators converted to XPAG spec. that have been appearing on eBay recently. Dunno if there is any truth to this rumo(u)r. Jerry?
