TC 5894

I recently purchased TC 5894 and saw that it was once owned by Ed Foster.
Does anyone him? I would like to get some info on the car. The last registered
owner of record that I have was Tod Morcott who lives in the Bay Area. Also
what is the significance of the date list with some of the cars?
