Tyres,Tires

I joined mg-tabc to find useful advice, hints and tips from fellow
owners about owning, restoring and running the immortal TC. I don't
really care how you spell tyres/tires as long as we all know what you
are talking about!
I have recently fitted a full set of 4.50x19 Excelsiors (which I
understand are made in the Michelin factory in India using an old Dunlop
mould) to my TC and am very happy with their performance. Here in NZ
they are about 25% cheaper than the same size Firestone which may or may
not be a better tyre.
