Many thanks for the information and comments re. the differences between the dizzy cams . I will have to have to have a good think over a cup of coffee ! The only reason for me considering the ' invisible ' modification is the thought of the fixed condenser failing when on tour. Although I carry a spare condenser, not being of the soldered variety it would involve quite a bit of fiddling to fit and on a wet and windy night ...........etc. I understand that the original fixed type are not available. I have a similar unit on our MGB and it works fine. The points on the MGB are of course not as accessible as on the TC. George....TC EXU 7548 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
