TC front telescopic shocks conversion

I am building another TC (the 3rd) and wwish to put telescopic shocks on the front, I have the correct brackets. I had telescopics on my racing TC years ago which were Monroe.  I would like adjustable shocks. The distance between mounting pins is 15 1/2 inches (approx. 605 mm)  I would be grateful for advice on make - and specification from anyone with experience of this conversion please.
