Customer Service

Post by Bruce Doran-Veevers » Tue May 07, 2019 5:56 am

In this day when some companies ,just want to sell you something and forget about you once they have your money . I had a part fail which was bought in 2012 , but only installed in 2016 .I purchased this part from Doug Pelton . The second part of the system failed on me last Sunday .  Doug true to his cause of supporting the right parts and quality . Is sending me the replacement part under warranty , no questions. The world needs more companies like From the Frame up .
