The International MGTC Register was created and maintained by TC Motoring Guild in Southern California. TC Motoring Guild is still an active organization dedicated to the MG TC, but the registry is no longer maintained. Original copies of the register are still available if you know where to look. If you know the names of previous owners of your car, you may be able to find one of them in the registry and link them to that plaque. I have a registry book so let me know if I can help.
