Should you only need the wood portion of the steering wheel taken to bare wood & re-sprayed with 2 part poly-u. varnish, (Awlgrip or Interlux Interthane e.g.), this should be well within the capabilities of any local cabinet shop or boatbuilder. Evan a DIY project. If wood needs to be replaced, that is still should be within capabilities of a quality cabinet shop , or boat builder.
