Frame Level
A fellow has asked on a couple of forums with no success, does the TC
frame sit perfectly level? My own car sits at a very slight upward
angle toward the front, but they are original springs and I'm pretty
sure the rear is sagging more than the front.
Here's his question on the TABC Forum if anyone wants to answer directly:

Re: Frame Level
hi Steve - so much depends on the condition of the springs, and the amount of fuel in the tank would affect it as well.
My guess is that it should be horizontal: now some while back Bob G was offering workshop wall sized reprints of the factory line drawing of a TC, that would surely show enough detail. How about doing some more Bob?

Re: Frame Level
Yes, I have that one Peter in A3, but the cost having one printed out "wall-sized" would be prohibitive. Bob obviously got a batch done to make them cheaper. However, I will ask our local print shop, they have some pretty big machines.
Although no height measurements are shown, the chassis looks pretty much horizontal, using #1 eyeball...
cheers

I have one of the bloody ginormous ones that I bought back in '05. A guy in Northern California was selling them. There are a lot of errors on that blueprint, as it was a very early drawing so several items are either incorrect or pre-war.

Yes, that dwg was made in December 1944, almost a year before the end of WW II - so obviously things at Abingdon (or was it done at Cowley?) were a tad slow so !the "new" TC was really a TB with minor differences!
