Yes, be careful of the fastener lengths! I had a local glass shop make a new windscreen for my TC. It was difficult getting the packing and glass into the frame. My dad holding one side of the frame, my mom on the other side and me trying to fit the glass. Finally got it, but then the long screw into the short place...crunch...a small circular crack in a lower corner. That was 50 years ago; the crack still there as a fond memory of that day.
