Cotter pin removal

Hi All,
A few weeks ago I asked for suggestions to help remove king pin cotters on an old axle I have. In the end pressing didn't work and I resorted to careful drilling. This worked fine and the cotters came out but still needed a good hit.
Thanks to all for their suggestions.
All I have to do now is remove the king pins which at the moment are stuck fast in the axle despite soaking in WD40 and use of a brass drift and hammer. maybe I should leave it to the guy who is going to straighten the axle. He will have a good press.
