Thanks to Those who replied to my query. It seems obvious, but I had tried matching the threads, and I guess they must be slightly damaged or worn, so a 5/16 BSF nut didn't seem to match. I will get a tap, and probably new wing bolts. Graham TC 3107. Buckingham Sent from my iPad
