XPAG front crankshaft seal modification

Hello group,  A fellow contacted me on his issue with the front crank seal not locating properly due to the front cover to sump misalignment .
He is interested in finding someone who has made a cutting tool to cut the housings for a press fit a seal with the sump and cover installed. I remember that 1 or 2 people have made this tool, Does any one have one to loan him?

I think you need to set the sump and cover up in a borer.

Ron, It rides on the crankshaft and uses it as a guide to cut the hole.  See photos (taken by LaVerne Downey).  It can be used manually by pressing in and turning the bolts or chinch up the bolts on a socket and use your electric drill (a lot quicker that way). Frank, Yes, tungsten carbide cutters are used.  I just mailed it to Roger Jones (this list) to use on his engine so I can t take a photo.  Maybe Roger will when he receives it. GeneSent from my iPad

He is interested in finding someone who has made a cutting tool to cut the housings for a press fit a seal with the sump and cover installed.
