The old girl was originally sold in South Africa, hence the Made in England plate. Just a thought that occurred to me while I rewired the dashboard on this chilly afternoon. They do not look original. The text placement on maker's plate is located unlike any known original plate. Same for the text and number placement on the patent plate..
