I am installing a fan blade spacer for the first time on TA 2335. The original crumbled when I took it off. There is a small grease nipple on the spacer. Before installing should I place some grease or oil on the inside? There does not appear to be anything that needs lubrication but the nipple is there for some reason Thanks, Mark O'Day
ThThanks,

Hi Mark, I believe the front bearing of the water pump was greased using the greaser and spacer set-up along with a sealed cap over which the fan blades were fitted. So if your water pump has sealed bearings, then the greaser is cosmetic only. If you find you need a TA water pump or associated parts, I have these in stock. My water pumps have all new internals and the sealed bearings. Let me know if I can help further. Doug Pelton, ProprietorFrom The Frame Up480-588-8185For Fastest Service:
