Durango GoF

Hi to all that are coming to the GoF West 2002 in Durango, Colorado 24-28
June. The fire east and north of Durango is not a problem for the GoF, with
the exception that we may have to change part of the tour route on Thursday,
27 June. That is already under way and will pose no problem for the group.
The Town of Durango is not under any threat of fire and all of the GoF
venues, with the exception of the tour, are within the town proper. At this
time, all of the roads into and out of Durango are open and there is no fire
danger expected on any of the main roads to the town. US 550, north and
south, and Colo160, east and west are fine and not expected to have any
problems.
I would be happy to answer any questions on the GoF and the fire issue, north
and east of Durango, to the best of my ability.
Cheers....Bill Bollendonk, Event Chairman
