I am about to order these. On a recent post the stem ( tube/bolt) seems
to be described as 1/2" with 26TPI BSC. Paul Beck has new ones and he
describes the size as 5/8". Does anyone know for sure? Eyesight is too
bad to determine the 1/8 difference. Terry

Sorry should have mentioned that it the stem for the headlamp mounting.
