I found it on my hard drive. I've had it since 2/18 and I ran Norton
yesterday with a fresh update and Norton did not find it. Is it really
a virus or just a rogue program?

Neither. As I explained yesterday, the "virus warning" another list
member received and forwarded to the list (and everyone else in his
address book) is a hoax. The file jdbgmgr.exe is a normal part of
Windows. DO NOT delete it. It belongs there, and if you delete it things
that require it will stop working.

Special package deal pricing just for you, Badger, and if you go for the
whole package I'll throw in a local covered bridge absolutely free. Such
a deal! I'll send my price list off-list.
