What is the recommended method for removing and replacing a badly worn TC pedal shaft. Since the bracket is riveted to the frame I do not want to bend it out of shape!

PS - I know some of us get upset at some of the stuff (viruses, etc) that happens with a world wide network like ours, however it is access to information such as the above question that keeps me ON the list.
